This listing includes a booklet of 20 or a pane of 10 USPS stamps - 1988 blue floral birds on trees. Each stamp has a face value of 25 cents.

These stamps can be used as an additional ounce stamp for mailing (USPS rate for additional ounce is 24 cents currently).
