Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our editable template products, all digital download purchases are final sale and non-refundable. This includes all Canva templates, instant downloads, and personalized digital items delivered electronically.

All printed products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on printed items.

For printed orders, we want you to receive your order in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@studioack.co if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error. Please include photos of the issue so we can review and make it right. Approved issues may qualify for a reprint at no additional cost.

Printed products are produced according to the exact dimensions, scale, and layout shown within the Canva template files or customer-provided print files submitted for printing. Customers are responsible for reviewing font sizes, artwork scale, spacing, alignment, bleed, and overall design appearance prior to approving files for print. Variations in perceived sizing or appearance between on-screen viewing and printed products do not qualify as printing defects or errors.

Please note that refunds or complimentary reprints are not provided for customer-submitted errors, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling or grammatical mistakes
  • Incorrect dates, times, or addresses
  • Design approvals containing errors
  • Improper file setup or low-resolution uploads
  • Files submitted at incorrect dimensions or proportions
  • Color variations caused by monitor or screen settings

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all files prior to printing.
