Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Printed orders within the United States are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days once files are confirmed, approved, and ready for print. Certain products or finishing services may require additional production time.
Orders including envelope liner assembly may require an additional business day for processing in some cases.
Letterpress orders typically require approximately 4–6 weeks from final print approval and order placement due to the custom production process. If you have a specific event date or tight deadline, please contact info@studioack.co prior to ordering to confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free standard shipping is included on all printed orders within the United States. Standard shipping may be fulfilled through USPS or Amazon Logistics depending on carrier availability and fulfillment routing at the time of shipment.
Estimated delivery times after shipment typically range from approximately 1–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier, destination, current carrier conditions, and shipping method selected.
Optional upgraded shipping services, including USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and other UPS expedited shipping options, may be available for an additional charge at checkout.
If UPS Overnight or UPS 2-Day Air shipping is needed for a time-sensitive order, please contact info@studioack.co prior to placing your order to confirm availability and timing.
Please note that carrier delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
studioACK ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses when supported by the selected shipping carrier.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
Damages, Lost Packages, and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if your order arrives damaged or defective.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control. studioACK is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
For orders that arrive damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at info@studioack.co with photos of the issue so we can assist in resolving the matter.
International Shipping Policy
For international order inquiries, please contact info@studioack.co with the items you are interested in purchasing and your destination country. International shipping availability, options, and rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for all products or destinations. Digital products and editable template purchases are available worldwide and do not require shipping.
studioACK is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges applied to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
