HOW IT WORKS

1. Add this envelope addressing listing to your cart with selected options. Please purchase with your print or envelope order in the same checkout (envelopes sold separately).
2. After purchase, you will receive a Google Sheet template to submit your guest addresses. You will enter your guest information directly into the sheet and double-check for spelling and formatting. We might be able to print off a sheet you already have, and will confirm after we review how it looks!
4. studioACK will format your envelope layout based on your typography style, ink color, and envelope color selections.
5. A proof will be sent for approval (front and back if both are included).
6. Once approved, and addresses are ready, your envelopes will be printed and shipped with your order.

• In your order personalization note when you add this to your cart, include how you'd like your fonts to look.
• If you purchased a studioACK invitation design template, your envelope addressing can be designed to match the fonts and style used in your invitation suite for a cohesive, professionally styled look.
• Address layouts are carefully formatted for proper spacing, alignment, and print placement on your selected envelope size. We will have out eyes on each envelope to make sure no names or address lines get cut-off in printing, and each name will be properly sized or spaced out for best appearance.

After purchase, you will be sent a google sheet to copy in your guest data for your envelopes if you choose front guest addressing as an option. Keep in mind, studioACK does not edit or enter in your guest names or address data. We will provide suggestions on proper formatting, titles, and USPS structure. White ink address printing is available for darker envelopes and creates a unique, elevated look. White ink printing is a popular choice for wedding invitations and formal events, especially on darker envelope colors where whink ink provides beautiful contrast.

• studioACK is not responsible for spelling or address errors submitted in your spreadsheet.
• Two proofs are included. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
• If you have less guest addresses than your order quantity total, return addressing will be printed on the back side (if added), and extra envelopes will be sent with your order. We highly recommend making sure you have extra envelopes. Feel free to reach out if you want to add even more extra envelopes to your order.
• Printing will begin only after proof approval is received.
• This listing is for envelope address printing only. Envelopes must be purchased separately or included with your print order.

How to Purchase & Access Files

2. Check your email and download the PDF that contains your download link(s).
3. Follow the link to login or create a free Canva account and start editing your items online. Return to Canva any time to re-edit. Your designs will be saved automatically to your Canva account, there is no need to “save” files on there.
4. Download your design to be shared digitally, printed yourself or printed professionally. If print directly with us, there is no need to worry about downloading a file as studioACK will make the files for you; once you make your print purchase with us, you will just have to share your Canva link via the instructions provided with your printing purchase.
