Printed Envelope Addressing

1. Purchase and fully customize your digital template design from our shop in Canva.
2. Add this printing item to your cart after selecting your quantity + options.
3. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to share your Canva template link. If you are printing addresses, there will also be instructions for you to share a spreadsheet of your guest info or use our provided template to fill-in.
4. We will confirm when your Canva link is received and your design will be reviewed (often we might make design/layout comments for you to approve). Once approved for production, we will create your file for printing. No guesswork with downloading print file specs.
5. Your order is printed and shipped directly to you.

• Please check spelling, layout, and details on your design template before ordering. We strongly recommend reviewing your design multiple times and, if possible, having another person proofread before submission.

• studioACK is not responsible for errors submitted in final designs, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, punctuation, dates, times, addresses, layout alignment, or missing information.
• By submitting your file for printing, you confirm that your design has been carefully reviewed and approved.
• studioACK does not automatically proofread or edit customer designs. Minor formatting adjustments may be made if needed for print quality, but content will not be altered.
• If a revised file is needed after submission, additional fees and production delays may apply. Once your order has entered production, changes cannot be made.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add envelopes with your desired addressing option to your print.
2. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to share with us a guest address list you already have or use our provided Google Sheet template to fill-in. Make sure to double-check all your spelling and formatting.
4. studioACK will format your envelope layout based on your design's typography style and envelope color selections. If you add a back flap icon, this will also be included.
5. An envelope proof will be sent for your approval (front and back if both are included).
6. Once approved, and addresses are ready, your envelopes will be printed and shipped with your order.

ADDRESS STYLE
• If you purchased a studioACK invitation design template, your envelope addressing will be designed by us to match the fonts and style used in your invitation suite for a cohesive, professionally styled look.
• Address layouts are carefully formatted for proper spacing, alignment, and print placement on your selected envelope size. We will have out eyes on each envelope to make sure no names or address lines get cut-off in printing, and each name will be properly sized or spaced out for best appearance.

YOUR ADDRESS DATA
If guest addressing is added to your purchase, we will print based off of the guest data list you provide. Keep in mind, studioACK does not edit or enter in your guest names or address data. We will provide suggestions on proper formatting, titles, and USPS structure. Whether you are looking for a more traditional or modern approach to your guest correspondence, we can give tips for your preferences!

WHITE INK ADDRESS PRINTING
White ink address printing is available for darker envelopes and creates a unique, elevated look. White ink printing is a popular choice for wedding invitations and formal events, especially on darker envelope colors where whink ink provides beautiful contrast.

IMPORTANT INFO
• studioACK is not responsible for spelling or address errors submitted in your spreadsheet.
• Two envelope proofs are included. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
• If you have less guest addresses than your order quantity total, return addressing will be printed on the back side of all envelopes (if added), and the extra envelopes will be sent with your order. We highly recommend making sure you have extra envelopes. Feel free to reach out if you want to add even more extra envelopes to your order.
• Printing will begin only after proof approval is received.
• Envelopes must be purchased with your print order as we currently only print on studioACK provided envelopes.

All printed products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on printed items. If you have any questions before purchasing, please email info@studioack.co.

For printed orders, we want you to receive your order in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us within 5 days of delivery at info@studioack.co if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error. Please include photos of the issue so we can review and make it right. Approved issues may qualify for a reprint at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all files prior to printing.

Blank envelopes: Due to the nature of paper goods and color selection, all envelope sales are final. Please double-check your color choice before placing your order.
