25 vintage state bird & flower stamps - USPS stamp from 1981.  

Option to add wedding band sets as shown on pink, blue, and brown colored envelopes to have enough face value for mailing letters.  Each of these options will contain 4 stamps for 25 envelopes (100 total stamps!).
