How to Order Prints and Submit Your Design
- Purchase and fully customize your digital template design from our shop in Canva.
- Add this printing item to your cart after selecting your quantity + options.
- After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to share your Canva template link. If you are printing addresses, there will also be instructions for you to share a spreadsheet of your guest info or use our provided template to fill-in.
- We will confirm when your Canva link is received and your design will be reviewed (often we might make design/layout comments for you to approve). Once approved for production, we will create your file for printing. No guesswork with downloading print file specs.
- Your order is printed and shipped directly to you.

Processing & Shipping
- Processing time: 1-2 business days after your Canva file is received before shipping.
- Please let us know if you are on a tight timeframe and we can see about accommodating your event date or deadline with expedited shipping options (info@studioack.co).

Important Info
- This listing is for printing only — design templates must be purchased separately from our shop.
- Please check spelling, layout, and details on your design template before ordering. We strongly recommend reviewing your design multiple times and, if possible, having another person proofread before submission.
- Colors may vary between screens and final printed products.
- studioACK is not responsible for errors submitted in final designs, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, punctuation, dates, times, addresses, layout alignment, or missing information.
- By submitting your file for printing, you confirm that your design has been carefully reviewed and approved.
- studioACK does not automatically proofread or edit customer designs. Minor formatting adjustments may be made if needed for print quality, but content will not be altered.
- If a revised file is needed after submission, additional fees and production delays may apply. Once your order has entered production, changes cannot be made.
Returns & Exchanges
All printed products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on printed items. If you have any questions before purchasing, please email info@studioack.co.
For printed orders, we want you to receive your order in excellent condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and email us within 5 days of delivery at info@studioack.co if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error. Please include photos of the issue so we can review and make it right. Approved issues may qualify for a reprint at no additional cost.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all files prior to printing.
